Yeah, that helps a bit. It doesn’t change bone.
If your base is weak, no amount of skincare and gym is turning you into a model-tier guy. Genetics do most of the work, and if you’re unlucky, procedures are the only real fix.
MARPE, jaw surgery, implants, fillers done properly actually move the needle. Everything else is just polishing.
I’m not saying everyone needs surgery. I’m saying pretending lifestyle alone is enough is delusion.
Curious what you guys think. Where’s the line between self improvement and cope?
