Most optimal Accutane total Cumulative dosage (SkinCells GTFIH)

Im happy to say that Im 117 mg/kg for my Accutane cumulative dose (7020mg total mg/ 60kg) = 117mg/kg. However, I am still getting inflamed whiteheads, folliculitis after I shave and random acne from time to time. Should I be concerned about the fact im still getting acne even at my current TCD. And what is the most optimal Total Cumulative Dose I should be aiming for.

(for those wondering, I use cipiclast Baume B5+ morning and night and spf50+ in morning as well)
