20mg is the best to mitigate sides for me. Im 6ft2 178

I used 40mg daily for abt half my Total dosage, Sides were definitely very apparent, second half I'm on 100mg with next to no difference, past the dosage to even purge or get any worse sides so its js a speedrun to the end lowk.

For me 30mg daily is the ideal dose. I get zero acne, zero black heads, etc. Perfectly clear skin. You'll probably have a 1 month purging phase (happened for me around month 2) but at around month 3 your skin will be perfect.

Just do the max which is 150mg/kg/bw. Go big or go home don't try and lowball it to the 120 and then regret it later. I'm on 80mg accutane i'll keep you updated.

Composition:​

• Synthetic “Skin Stability Factor” (SSF-0) – 200 mg
• Micronized niacin-like analog (non-active isomer) – 50 mg
• Hydration retention complex (HRC-12) – 75 mg
• Barrier-support peptide mimetic – 10 mg
• Inactive filler matrix (pharmaceutical-grade placebo cellulose) – q.s.
• Trace “confidence stabilizer” (non-pharmacological mood enhancer compound) – 5 mg

Blend All active and inactive components under controlled laboratory conditions at 22C. Until the mixture is homogenized (use CryoBlend) until it is visually consistent and emotionally neutral, then formed into tablets. or take it how it is


HOMOGENIZE STAGE



Add the base liquid sample to the blender container.
Do not exceed 70% of total container volume. add CryoBlend at a concentration of
2–5 mL per 250 mL of sample solution Close lid securely before proceeding.

3. CryoBlend Addition​

If not premixed, add CryoBlend directly into the sample prior to blending.
Brief manual agitation (swirling or inversion) may be used to improve initial dispersion.

4. Homogenization Process​

Place container onto blender base and begin operation:

1. Low speed (10–15 seconds): Initial dispersion phase
2. Medium speed (15–30 seconds): Emulsification phase
3. High speed (10–20 seconds): Final homogenization phase

Avoid continuous operation beyond 60 seconds to prevent overheating or over aeration of the sample.

5. Post Processing​

Turn off blender and allow sample to settle for 20–30 seconds.
Observe consistency:

Uniform appearance indicates successful homogenization
Visible separation may require an additional low-speed cycle
Excess foam may indicate over-processing
