Most optimal time to exercise?

I've heard that exercising in the afternoon can delay your circadian rhythm, so would morning, midday, or night be most optimal? (I'm assuming night wouldn't be)
 
idk bro, i do just after school
 
whenever you can and have most energy

i do it in the afternoon and have no trouble sleeping

there's no better time than to get off your fat ass and hit the gym for once.
