Most optimal trainings schedule on Test E and HGH?

Is there any more optimal way of training when you are on Test E and HGH?
Could I go 6 times a week , twice a day?

Bro split or push pull legs. Should work. On foods you don't need to train a muscle twice a week.

How would i best make use of the faster recovery in hgh? Could i go running 3 Times a week in Addition?
