It's because I grew up in the west but I don't care for eye color myself. I only notice it when there's a crazy contrast. I saw a dark-skinned Punjabi with turqoise eyes near Lahore, which was mogger.

They are probably A20-A17 and there is a huge gap between those and actual A10s @Chris Benoit
