Imo it's Pancreatitis. My aunt has this. She legit wanted to kill herself when she got a pancreatic attack. Deep visceral abdominal pain like your stomach is getting crushed she described. She would legit fall down on the floor, start crying and fall unconscious from the pain.

The worst I've experienced are ear infections. Felt like a nail was driven in my skull and I could hardly sleep. There's weird sounds going on in the ear too as all the pus and shit is expelled.

I had a cracked molar that was completely exposed for awhile before I got it pulled and it hurt like a bitch everytime it got infected.

Yes treatable my aunt had it many years ago. Gallstones now she is mostly doing fine but has to take medicines everyday. Creon 10000. If she forgets taking it for even a single day she has to be hospitalized

if your talking relatively common it could be kidney stones, but I think cluster headaches are up there with the worst, it’s potentially one of the worst things you could face at its peak and there’s nothing you could do at times

cluster headaches a form of headaches that happen in bouts for weeks or months at the exact same time, it’s like a biological clock, it particularly involves the trigenmial nerve, which is the reason why the pain is so horrible

if you wanna know how bad it is, it’s known as the suicide headache as it leads people to killing themselves to end the pain, the pain can depend but at its peak it feels like if you had a extreme hot rod shoved into your face and you can’t pull away

idk if it was a cluster headache or an extremely severe migraine for me, but I remember when I was like 13-14 I woke up to the most severe pain I ever felt in my life for a total of two days, I was screaming and crying from the pain despite what I’d describe as a relatively high pain tolerance, it felt like I was burning and my brain on the brink of exploding, not a single painkiller helped nor did any of the menthol rubs, they couldn’t even bring me up from the bed to the hospital because I’d start puking and shouting from how horrible the pain was, during the second day I could move but I felt my head was being pulled down by an heavy object, horrible pain but still enough to somewhat move without screaming, third day it ended, have had a few headaches after but nothing could ever compare to this day,

imagine your brain being filled with water to the point it’ll explode, but it never does so you only feel the pain and sensation
