Dairy is one of the superfoods.

I genuinely don't understand how non-vegan zoomers can be calcium deficient

Just eat cheese and yoghurt

Oxalates found in plant based foods inhibit calcium absorption

It is found in tea, coffee, rice, grains, vegetables etc.

That's also a factor + less and less people are drinking and eating dairy products

Here in SG or MY it's not even a norm, average citizen won't be having a cup or 2 of fresh milk daily, let alone cheese that isn't the ultra processed kind

I try to get Meiji yoghurt at least 3-4 times a week. I also eat quite a bit of cheese.

Do you?

I get mine from a different brand since most of the "lactobacillus" boosting brands of that nature use phosphates as additives

Since I get my Greek Yoghurt from the store too, I buy the bulked plain ones with zero or minimal additives.

The one I'm eating rn is 900g of just milk solids and "probiotic cultures"

I can't really source legit cheese here so I stick with fresh raw milk and

I ate 900g today, so nearly a kilo

egg shells tbh
They are great for people who can't tolerate dairy products yes, many peaters do it

I can tolerate dairy so I don't really

But you can't go wrong for sure

Could you recommend me some healthy brands you like? You sound like you know what you're talking about

I don't think I can get raw milk in Singapore
I occasionally buy local goat milk and sometimes regular cow milk from Australia or Thailand

Cage at having .org on your laptop ... I'd never do that cuz my parents might walk in

Not sure if can find in SG but the two ones with no added stuff I always go for is :

Sunglo and The Farm Shop

You should just make sure the Ingredients list looks something like : Milk solids and probiotic culture

Nothing extra, no extra sugar.

Eh should be fine. I sometimes get pasteurized milk too it's not much of a difference.

I think the huge difference is mostly for people who really can't handle dairy.

lol, there are times where I have a heart attack because I come back to my room after a while but looksmax is left as the open tab

Is pasteurized cheese the ultra processed kind?
