They underestimate how rare High MTN (6) + really is.
They see a white guy with decent harmony decent health indicators decent bones and just plop in him HTN, then when you give a realistic rate they go bat shit crazy on you.

Incredibly false finding a genuine 6+ (eg Tom Holland, Tim Chalamet, Imad Skywalker) is quite hard.
