Its sad to say, but its true. Very few people, at the moment, hope that you actually get a better life, and you should really appreciate and value these guys, but now, with newgens the situation is horrible.
As a newgen myself, I have no idea how org was before I joined, but I am sure of one thing: the userbase wasnt as bad as it was now.

This is not some "spread postivity" bullshit, just a reminder to not care about toxic people, to get off org, whenever you feel overwhelmed, and to text the few users that you value.
