whenever i usually scroll my favourite goyslop social media, i get mogged by random slayers in edit. but every few weeks i'll see a post from someone i used to know (and didnt like) has visibly either gained weight, or otherwise takes less care of themselves and inches closer to being a subhuman specimen every post i see

while others descend from living happy and fulfilling lives and relationships, i alone am the honoured one to ascend

I’m a solid starvemaxxer. I’m gonna do that again, but less extreme. I’d go days without eating. Now I’ll eat at least one meal a day, except for workout days, then I’ll eat more.

No, I’m not allowed to use steroids due to my religious beliefs. I just started gymcelling. I’ve started since Friday, not noticing any weight loss, so I’ll cut more kcal.

Some people I went to school with look shockingly old for late 20s - early 30s. My first girl has aged very well though, I look at pictures and see the same thing after over a decade now, it’s like I’ll never get over her.
