This angle and lighting takes out of most of the defintion in your bones, makes your face appear flat and softens all your halos unless ofc you are extremely lean, very striking eye coloring or have top 0.1% bones like hexum or oussama. People generally look much better in other angels and in motion even many celebs look mediocre in this angel.

I don't like to judge people based on pictures anymore. I've seen a lot of people who look very mediocre in pictures look very GL in motion.

well in that case with no light even a truecel is no different from a chad.

In motion/person always is best because that's how people see you ( also make sure its not mirrored.

Lens distortion is important too but that's for slightly reasons.

Videos are better but In person is the best. People generally look way better in person because you look at their face in all the angels in all dimensions.

Like 6.25-6.5. His harmony carries him a lot otherwise his bones etc are nothing special. In a few pics he does look 7 but generally he's around there

So is lighting just not really a factor irl in motion? Itโ€™s only accentuated in photos?

Lighting matters everywhere though but in pictures it matters alot more.
