This might just be my view because I grew up watching shows and movies where 22 year olds played 16 year olds but to me, most people look (and sound/act) maybe 2-5 years younger than their actual age, regardless of ethnicity. It's rare to come across people who genuinely look older than their age and it's uncanny because of how rare it seems to be. I've always been surprised at how so many college students can pass for high schoolers.
