Most people stop working out carrying about themself when they settle down

Ive seen some people from school people i knew when i was a kid some of the were build all thru high school uni.But after that they just stop working out and looked like shit for the rest of their lives.Im so happy that my autistic insecure brain will never stop me from working out and eating good food.
