there are exceptions of people with heavy bodies naturally but most people saying they're 6ft 200lbs or 5'9 180lbs they're literally just fat as fuck and can EASILY cut 20lbs without looking skinny.

most of muscle mass comes from high reps (5+) of high weights.

I'm talking 5 reps for close to 3 plates (290+) on the bench press, squating 400lbs easily, and repping out a few 500+ deadlifts.

Getting your noobie gains and gaining 50lbs means you're carrying water and also fat as fuck.

I mean when you are teen you can be a skeleton but in your twenties your minimal weight is 180 lbs exactly (if you are in range of 5'9-6'0) and it doesnt matter it is fat or muscles. I am 23 y.o. 5'10 and 155 lbs myself and honestly its just humiliating. If you are skinny and older than 21-22 its over jfl, you cant even call yourself a man

Hard agree. I’m six foot, 175 lbs, and I fill out a large shirt or a 42r suit. When you have low body fat with muscle, you will look heavier than you actually are because the shoulders, back, and quads give your body width. A big gut doesn’t make you imposing.
