Its that and them also focusing on the taller people. But I could see how a 5’10 guy could feel short in some occasions in countries where the avg is 5’11-6ft. I’m legit 6’1 barefoot and I can feel average on many occasions in Finland. Never short tho which some autists say.title.

This is facts I’m 5 11 and I’ve never felt short and honestly I’ve been called tall pretty often some people say I’m definitely above 6 ft some even think I’m 6 1. I’m American and even when I was in Europe I was average maybe high average in most areas the only spot I felt a bit short was the Netherlandstitle.
pretty much this entire claim of 5'10-5'11 being "short" only exists on the internet and its further fueled by larpers claiming that height too so when someone who's actually that height walks in they claim they're 6'+This is facts I’m 5 11 and I’ve never felt short and honestly I’ve been called tall pretty often some people say I’m definitely above 6 ft some even think I’m 6 1. aren't you in indiaI am 5'9 and joint shortest in my family along with my father. My brother is 6', my cousin is 6'2, another cousin is 6'1. My father's friends kids are all 5'11-6'. I know this because they all are taller than me and my height got measured at 19 with a stadiometer. Outside of my family, I feel like a normal dude, but in family functions I feel a bit short
Very much depends on where you live. If you constantly hang out with people in top 5% income bracket, its not that tall. I would say above average akin to 6-5'11 type. In rural or semi urban its tall. Its not a unique height, especially in college, its not uncommon to come across 6'2 guys. 6'4 and up is rare thoaren't you in india
5'9 in india should be tall judging by my own experience thru travelling in india
