But the thing is that most of these people despite being aware of their flaws, won't try to improve them, they won't looksmax and they won't hardmaxx due to laziness and other factors as well.
Most of you guys forget that humans are lazy and we want quick results, no one wants to do it the hard way, improving yourself can take many years and most of the people aren't willing to sacrifice or put in the effort that goes behind improving oneself.
