In my honest opinion, terrible. Unless you train bjj with strikes, then doing shit like that is really high risk. I’ve done BJJ with strikes before and speaking from personal experience. I got punched in the face loads before i managed to secure a triangle. Also your posture control has to be good.

Punches can open a guard up fast, and guard isn’t as powerful in street fight. Things like being slammed isn’t too much of a concern, you can always open your legs anyways.

If you do find yourself in a situation where you’re playing guard in a street fight. Fight for top position. Either sweep your opponent to get to mount or try to stand up and take him down again.

Unless you’re good at BJJ and train with strikes don’t bother pulling guard, you’ll get fucked up fast
