past hgh + letro/adex/asin there is diminishing returns, like yes mk would increase igf1 but very slightly plus you suffer the other sides and the extra cost

Also you could throw in insulin but if you inject it wrong you could kill yourself so i don't reccomend it. Bodybuilders use it since it's important in converting HGH to igf-1
