Most “good” results online are half lighting and half weight loss. Very few are candid.

Unless you look actually deformed, almost every jaw surgery result looks basically the same before and after with a slight improvement from the side profile only before and after. Whenever someone posts a BNA here, you see a lot of coping in the thread when the person almost always looks exactly the same except down $30k.

Eye area surgeries are mostly seriously underwhelming too. Only a few look natural and even those barely change anything.

And before people cope by saying you need a lefort to see change, you don’t need much at all. Play with the faceapp filter with your own face and others. This app makes anyone look godly with literal millimeters of changes. But most of the things it does are impossible to replicate with surgery. It reshapes your face and brings your cheekbones up. It doesn’t add a giant meme implant, in most cases it actually slims your face down. It subtly changes your eye shape. On every face I test this is enough to make them look like a god, but generally impossible to do in real life.

Is this entire forum pointless unless you have an obvious literal deformity?

Plastic Surgery will change your personality, you'll change behavior without even knowing why (that's basic Reverse Physiognomy) 🙀🧐🤔😼

rhinoplasty is the only exception
Kinda, problem with rhino is that it's hard to get the desired result, almost always you won't get what you want and chances of needing revision are quite high, the 2nd issue is that 99% of rhino surgeons do not possess the skill in the art of subtlety. But yes a good subtle rhino procedure can make a huge change, it would for me.

explain..
According to Chinese Physiognomy, i.e. wide zygos and large browridge shows the person has bravery, long bushy eyebrows mean long, healthful life respectively...

If you surgically shave your zygos/browridge and shorten your eyebrows, you'll become a short-lived wimpy little weirdo. Got it?

🙀😱😝

Lmao the cope people will go through just to accept that genetics isn’t the biggest determining factor for your face

plastic surgery can work in theory. you can change millimeters on anyones face and turn them into a chad. the problem is this is almost impossible to do irl. To get an ideal jawline, for most people you need to remove mass from parts, reshape the bone, and add mass in other parts. The only thing you can realistically do is slap on a big implant which looks uncanny on anyone who isn't completely jawless.

Surgery will only make you already better looking as a chad if you were already had chad potential b4, otherwise it’s just cope
