WHAT IS LIPOGEL?​

Lipogel is a topical gel that acts as a carrier for active ingredients. Now the debate between lipogel is whether it just tightens the skin, or actually burns fat. For this thread, I am going off the assumption that a high quality lipogel is capable of tightening and slightly burning fat. A lot of posts have been created surrounding lipogel, but this megathread will dive into the different areas that I would recommend using lipogel and the benefits you can reap from it.

LIPOGEL ON THE NOSE:​

Lipogel can act like hydrocortisone, as it can tighten the skin and reduce inflammation. Now remember, the nose does not contain a huge amount of fat as some of the other areas that will be discussed in the thread do. But, Lipogel has been a proven method to shrink your nose. 8.5/10; would recommend. Definitely still better options on the market.

(Funny story): I saw Jester Patel post about lipogel on the nose in late 2024 but didn't believe it due to his poor reputation

Honorable Mention: Look at my threads on latisse on the nose and clobetasol for further nose shrinkage but tretinoin and hydrocortisone also work greatly. (lmk if u want a tag)

LIPOGEL FOR HOLLOW CHEEKS: (sort of)​

I haven't seen this talked about as much on this forum but our skin on our cheeks is more thick than for example our nose or hyoid but in theory this could work due to its skin tightening affects. I doubt you would be able to see a huge fat burn difference but you could definetley have a more tighter face and tighten your cheekbones ever so slightly. 7/10; needs more evidence to be considered meta.

Honorable Mention: A caffeinated aftershave lotion could have similar affects but at a less beneficial rate. But just debloat with eplerenone or use a uc device tbh. (given your situation)

LIPOGEL FOR HYOID SKIN: ​

Now this is an extremley proven method just like the nose, as our hyoid skin is just a little bit more looser than our cheeks. The skin around your hyoid could definetley be tightened with lipogel. Also, I think that the "fat burning affects" would have a greater affect here due to the loose property of the skin. 8.5/10; would recommend. Pair with chin tucks.

Brand Recommendations:

I would rather use the right one. It is cheaper and contains caffeine. You could definitely get something stronger or similar off of indiaMART. These two are off of amazon dm me for links if needed.

Let me know your experiences with lipogel in the replies. Personally, I would use lipogel on my entire face aswell as hyoid skin.
