People who “play the victim with lookism” to cope with failure are using external blame as a shield against facing discomfort, taking risks, or developing as a person.
The truth is, most people with this mindset have no value, and they know it. That's painful, so their brain looks for an excuse.
Are you fun to be around? Can you help your friend fix his car? Could you help a friend lay down flooring? Could you code a website for a friend's business? Could you add value to a conversation? Do you have things to share? etc.
Most likely no, because you sit at home all day. Failed to launch or is on the path to fail.
