I concur. Dutch and Nordic guys usually look ogre by 28-29 however. They lose their jb appeal around 25.

dutch people have peanut skulls so they still have jb appeal in their 20's

nordics have light colouring and compact midfaces (sometimes) so they can retain jb appeal as well

I may have overestimated it. I think it ends at early 20s rather than mid 20s. I can’t speak for Nordics since I only grew up in the Netherlands.
