Most women can't groom themselves correctly

Most women in my country get this ugly ass orange tan that makes them look absolutely hideous. Why tf do they do this?. Why can't they just embrace their natural fair skincolor. Also most women overdo their makeup, making them look like gorlocks jfl.

When I was outside today, most women that I saw literally looked like this.

Only difference between this and what I saw was that the women I saw were a bit skinnier.
