Wtf?? A black shithole area is worse than an upper or middle class area in a developing 3rd world country sure, so Oakland city or lakewood is obv a shithole but not worse than a slum in Manila or bangkok.

Upper and middle class areas in places like bangkok (say ratchadamri) or manila (say BGC) are basically the same as living in the west, just the traffic will be worse.
