I won't lie I hate this diet but if it gives me bones then I will continue it,
but that's not the main reason for me continuing this diet,
the main reason is that it's easy af to leanmax with this diet
so I will just stick to it till I get to a good body fat percentage

Don’t do it for bones saar and it feels good overall just do it for that, i did 210 days and just became leaner and my face looked slightly more defined.
