tldr; eat real food. take good supplements. sleep well. be active. dont eat plastic. dont use social media.
id like to preface this by saying that i do not support buying prescription medicine. especially on a whim for growth. using stuff like aromatase inhibitors or steroids or testosterone is so dangerous and so many children and young teenagers are being encouraged by random people on here to use them for HOLY HEIGHT !!
if you are in your early teenage years, which you probably are if youre reading this, please be careful with the pills you take and the stuff you inject. RESEARCH things before you buy them.
turn your music off and read this guide in silence so you actually retain the information. think about why im telling you
NATURAL
prioritize this
LIFESTYLE
optimally, you should have a relatively active life and eat unprocessed food. processed food will make you obese, depressed and lazy. i know first hand because my diet was horrible when i was a kid and i was sedentary. be aware of how much time youre spending on your phone. be healthy.prioritize this
LIFESTYLE
dont lift too heavy during puberty. it causes unnecessary stress on your body. just dont sit down all day. exercise and movement should not be optional, it should be a non-negotiable activity that happens every day.
go outside every day as well. preferably sleep 9+ hours and go outside close to when you wake up. dont use too many pillows. sleep in a cool room. try not to check your phone in the morning. spend time grounding (barefoot on grass outside), studies show that it improves healing and MANY kinds of healing and inflammatory markers; study (GROSS PICTURES).
FOOD
eat meat. chicken, red meat and fish are probably best. everyone needs meat. eggs are good too. preferably from a trusted local farm because meat from huge grocery stores are just covered in plastic and usually fed anything BUT grass. if you cant get it from a farm try to get pasture raised and grass fed. GET REAL PASTURE RAISED if you can. big companies lie about how they raise their animals so they can increase their price (real pasture raised eggs should be imperfect; spotted, different shapes, different shades and colors. real pasture raised meat usually has much deeper coloring).
drink milk a LOT, if you cant get raw milk then get a2/a2 grass fed whole milk which you should be able to find at any grocery store, or buy it online if you have money like that.. milk has calcium which is good for bone health of course, but also contains igf-1 which is very useful for growth. raw milk is preferred because pasteurization kills good bacteria and *may* worsen nutrient absorption. a2/a2 is just better. its not a coincidence that tall people drink milk frequently.
eat fruit. fruit is good. fruit has many *natural* nutrients. you should always prioritize natural nutrients over synthetic ones, like in multivitamins. also preferably from a trusted local farm, or just grow them yourself if possible. pesticides are bad and cause cancer. vegetables may be a different story as they may have anti-nutrients BUT most of them can be removed by cooking them. p.s. eat a kiwi or two like an hour before bed for natural melatonin.
other animal foods like honey and organs are generally good for you and should be eaten regularly.
SUPPLEMENTS
you should optimally be taking a somewhat simple stack, preferably;
1. methylated multivtamin
2. fish oil
3. magnesium glycinate (before bed)
4. vitamin d3 + k2 (if you dont spend a lot of time outside)
5. ashwagandha / ksm-66 (if frequently stressed, before bed)
6. boron
7. creatine (preferably creapure)
8. zinc + copper
9. l-methylfolate (if you have the MTHFR gene mututation. 40% of the population does)
($55/month if youre worried about the cost. if you need, you can take just d3 + k2 and fish oil for around $15/month)
absolutely optional;
l-citrulline + l arginine (after exercise, before bed, may help with growth hormone and muscle synthesis)
forskolin (not very studied but may help with fat loss and increase bone mass in men, weight gain mitigation in women)
nad+ precursor, NR or NMN (if frequently tired)
NOT NATURAL
taking completely man-made chemicals and compounds can be dangerous. be careful with these and make sure you get them from a good source. with that being said, i take tesa/ipa, reta, ghkcu myself. just be safe. start at a low dose and increase only when needed.
PEPTIDES
everyone promoting peptides has a financial incentive. they have a reason to lie to you.
tesamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue, meaning it makes your body produce more growth hormone. you are not just injecting growth hormone. tesamorelin is expensive, however, BUT is fda approved. may increase hunger. take fasted before bed.
ipamorelin is similar to tesamorelin, another secretagogue. should be stacked with tesamorelin for better results with a lower dose. may also increase hunger. take fasted before bed.
retatrutide / tirzepatide should be taken if you are obese. obesity during adolescence stunts growth and increases estrogen. high caloric intake is important, though, so dont take it forever. just until youre at a relatively healthy weight.
ill combine mk-677 with peptides even though it isnt a peptide. mk677 is an oral growth hormone secretagogue, but has a bad safety profile (not many studies). will increase hunger and is pretty weak.
ghk-cu can be taken pretty exclusively for looksmax purposes. pretty much no real side effects besides injection site stinging for a little and 'copper uglies' (acne) for the first few weeks. take this with zinc.
also not a peptide, but growth hormone is an option. be very careful with this, it has real side effects like growing your organs, disproportionately large feet and hands, and gigantism (not a good thing, you will die at 30).
all other peptides will likely not help with growth (unless its another secretagogue).
MEDICINE
do not buy medicine for looksmaxxing. it will never go well. the most you should get is topical acne medication. medicines are prescription for a reason.
although medicine can be very dangerous, i am still an advocate for it IF you have actual health problems.
DO GENETIC TESTING. bad medicine took all cognition away from me and made be obese from 13-17 years old. medicine is only good IF IT IS RIGHT FOR YOU. people are different, thats why different medicines exist.
if you want to look into medicines for cognition, just look at nootropics. you probably dont need modafinil or other stimulants that will make your brain work against you in 20 years.
OTHER STUFF
still important
sleep quality is overlooked and important. if you are always tired no matter what, get a sleep study to check for sleep apnea (and maybe a testosterone test). sleep at a consistent time. dont eat right before bed. sleep with your phone away from your face, preferably not on the bed with you at all, and use red light (or a candle) if you need light. YOUR IPHONE HAS A RED LIGHT FILTER IN THE ACCESSABILITY TAB. USE IT.still important
avoid plastic and aluminum when you can. pretty much EVERY hygiene product has aluminum in it, get natural versions if possible. they arent that much more expensive. long term exposure causes dementia and probably cancer.
all of your clothes are (probably) made of polyester which can reduce fertility. get wool underwear and cotton clothes. get mineral-based sunscreen if you need sunscreen.
remember that billionaires dont care about your health. be conscious of everything you use, eat, or come in contact with.
dont use social media. it only hurts you. when you are developing, you are naive and malleable. social media is designed to keep you addicted by showing you content that makes you angry and it makes you a worse person.
thank you for reading !! please comment if you have any corrections or questions, i will answer all of them. i hope all of you are okay. you are loved.
