We all know that women hate other women, but it goes even deeper than that. Mothers hate their daughters, and they actually prefer to have sons. The scientific reason is that mothers want to reproduce as much as possible, and with a daughter, they're extremely limited in how many grandchildren she could have. However, with a son, if that son is Chad, then he, theoretically, can have hundreds of sons. This ends up creating a genetic bias towards male children over female children when it comes to mothers.
Now there's a more messed-up reason to this as well when it comes to favoritism between boys and girls. Women are very jealous of each other, and what ends up happening is that when a mother has a daughter who is all grown up, she becomes jealous of her own offspring because she is getting all the male attention she used to get. I can attest to this as my mom hates my sister, and sometimes I think it's rightfully so, but even then I can see her being overboard with punishments and general aggressiveness. They both fight for my father's attention, and my mom will literally hit my sister just because she's clinging to my father. That is also why I always find it strange when women say their favorite child is the daughter, because I know it's a lie. I know deep down they know that once that child becomes 18, they're going to be at each other's throats.
