I've heard of it, legit theory that combining it with IQ/time preference possibly produces ideal warriors
I asked AI about the Celts being prevalent in it but it denies that there's a difference between european groups in this regard

I doubt I have it, I'm quite low in impulsiveness (except when drunk and I get the impulse to either fight someone or climb over 10 foot gates / walls and sometimes jump off the top of them)

My rage and impulse to get violent when sober is moreso a result of accumulated resentment of low calibre goons who I feel need to be brought down a peg
Getting into a mental state where I lose regard for my own self preservation because I see it mandatory that challenging someone is worth more than my own preservation is quite liberating though I must say
