Mounjaro and losing fat.

I had a chubby face my whole life, I hated it, about 9 months ago I wanted to change it without surgery so I bought mounjaro, at the time I didnt know about reta or any other things that make u lose fat through injections, When I went to the guy that sells me it he asked for a certain doses (mgs..) but i didnt know what to pick so i just asked for the strongest one which is 15mg, i then went home to take the injection and took it, for the first couple hours i felt nothing and kept drinking water and such, i was constantly moving since i felt a light weight in my stomach, I then went to sleep and woke up to absolute terror, i had so much pain i had to go to the ER, i didnt tell them about the mounjaro and they said i had a stomach issue and what not, and after 1 whole week of sleeping in the hospital cuz i couldn’t sleep, walk, go to the bathroom, eat, anything basically, after i fully healed i wanted the same feeling back, the feeling of a weight in ur stomach, the feeling of being full 24/7 so i went back and bought a 2mg and it didnt work or do anything so then i took a 5mg and used it for a couple of weeks, i then went back up to 15mg and now i can take a dose of 15mg weekly without feeling pain, god i love this thing.

update; i JUST took another 15mg dose, trying to push my limit this week currently 6,4 62kg

yes, if im skinnier i look way better, my face fat decreases and i debloat without using useless products
goal is to reach 50kg

Yeah I don’t get it how he still has that much fat im the same height and 70kg but mines genetic more so in the face. Would’ve been better off with aqualyx
