Mouth Area help

The circled parts are what I want to fix.

On the first image there’s this fuckass line next to the corner of my mouth which makes me look like the chill guy dog when there’s any emotion on my face. What is this and how do I get rid of it

In the second image, I want to reduce the thickness of my outer mouth so there’s less distance between the corner of my mouth and the hollow cheek area.

I’m only looking for advice on what they are so I can put labels to it and any potential fixes for it. I don’t need a rating or some lifeless chud telling me to rope
