Bit of a weird Greycell question here but bare with me, im breathe fine when I'm outdoors but when I come home (or any enclosed area) I often start mouth breathing and find it hard to breathe through my nose. Any way to fix this, also snore a lot in my sleep.

you have a shitty airway if you snore in your sleep

If you snore you have narrow airways.
solution: bimax or mse+facemask

Maybe sitting down affects your airways?
i know laying down does, if you snore it can be a habit, i snored for like a year from what i remember and then just forced myself to nose breath falling asleep for a while and now i dont, most of the time it is narrow airways though

Yea this is true, it's often harder for me to breathe through my nose when I'm laying down, was there any specific way you forced yourself to nosebreath when sleeping

just forced myself to do it while i was falling asleep no exceptions, then it became a habit

maybe try lying there nosebreathing for an hour or so before you sleep

ive also heard sleeping without a pillow cam fix this but csnt comment really, might be bs

the thing is, im pretty sure i started mouthbreathing in my teens as opposed to as a child, so my airways would have had the development to nosebreath while sleeping, i just wasnt using it

but i think if you psychically can do it then it should become a habit with time

Could be dust allergy. Your GP's got drugs for that, and cleaning more could help. If you can't be bothered, get a robot vacuum.

Consult with a professional and do a surgery.
A regular person should never breathe through the mouth except when doing some kind of physical activity.
