As a kid i was always a mouth breather, that’s why i have a cooked gonial angle. I’m 13 and i started to breath with my nose a couple months ago. Am i cooked or is it still possible to recover and be normal? I have all of the mouth breather signs, can i get rid of them? Also how long will it take until i’ll see some results?

It will take years to see results along time and the effects are very gradual and they are not major.

actually if u are always will breath with your nose from now, by few years it could get better, because u still in puberty, but dont expect major change
