How the fuck do I stop mouth breathing at night, like i gts with my mouth closed and wake up with my mouth wide open and saliva everywhere. How can I stop this, its probably too late anyways I'm 16 mewing isn't gonna do shit.

So far I went to my doctor and he gave me a referral to the hospital and marked me as having sleep apnea, maybe they'll fix it then but im scheduled for december
