Has anyone had actual success with this? If so, please post your results here or link a thread (I looked for one but didn't find any actual results).

Main concern is that the lip itself doesn't grow outward, but you're just cutting through the other soft tissue. I would only consider a mm or two on each side

clearly haven't done the research bhaijaan. lateral commisuroplasty is a terrible surgery, also they do too much and you can't get it done cosmetically.
