These capitalist scum youtubers and influencers recomend you to buy their own sponsored or owned "jaw" gum and these weird products like jawzrsize products. They are all bs and not worth. Get yourself a temu rubber mouth guard. Mold it into your own teeth form. And clench or chew it. Much more affordable and IMO better than losing your money all the time. Something like the image above.
Just chew it or clench it whatever you prefer. I'm an isometric exercise practiotioner with it myself. But chewing works too.
Do not listen to those scammers and get yourself a Brad Pitt-esque jawline by the end of summer, might even ascend.
