Anyone know how to widen lips without palate expander/MSE? Someone mentioned lateral commissuroplasty but i've heard different reviews about it and I'm not sure.

because i've got a case where my palate isn't narrow and dont want to fuck up my palate but my mouth is a bit narrow and my lips are also thick which makes it look more narrow.
