My teeth are finally straight after wearing braces for 4 years. But my bite and mouth are fucked, like i cant even bite my nails its so weird, like i physically can't due to bite position. I also look like I have a mouthguard at all times, even when just chilling, how do I fix this? Took braces 5 months ago pls help!!!

Indeed. I went on a few reddit posts and org posts related to braces and shit right after reading this.
And 7/10 have had the same issue.

The remaining three were never recessed, they just used braces to cover a gap. And thats it.
