Mouth stretching and shit folds

I read that mouth stretchers like facial flex cause nasolabial folds.

This is however often in people using it many hours a day right from the get go.

Do you think that easing into mouth stretching will yield good long term results and minimize folds?

For me it's either shit mouth or shit folds unless I can avoid folds

i thought i had a pretty good palate before expansion too, but i was wrong, my mouth became wider

but palate expander when u are young is the same as mse as an adult, because your bones are much easier to move

With MSE you will also get a large alar base and this effect is a turn off for people with a large alar base like me and that's what stops me from getting mse

Mine is 43-44mm is this too narrow?

Got small peace of cardboard bit down and measured distance between first upper molars (inner part of markings from teeth)

I commenced a routine of face stretching while i had dry skin with acne and after one day I had given myself a deep nasolabial fold that was and still is apparent on one side and non-existent on the other. even when i have a neutral face it shows. im now a subhuman.
dont do facial yoga. it is a meme but if you are insistent on doing it, make sure you do not have dry skin.

Yeah whole family have narrow lips but not when smiling

I have 10 teeth showing when smiling and clenching teeth

And almost 12 when smiling without clenching

Just gonna smile 24/7 then

I think stuff that actually stretches the face/skin can't possibly be good for you, but facial exercises are different, the idea is to work the muscles and they usually try to limit stretching.

i became fat, and i'm still. My mouth is 52mm but looks narrow as fuck, i have a very High T face.
So there is hope with these little tool ?
And is there any way to fraud nose tip ?

It's a bit droppy, but it's "right", without bump, just the tip is a bit big.
