Hi, I mouth tape at night but sometimes I wake up with the tape off and other time its still on my mouth. Any tips to ensure I breath through my nose while sleeping?

also make sure the area you are applying to is not too moisturized otherwise it will slide off

Try taping your mouth and nose completely shut. You will get a mogger jaw.
