Mouth To Jaw Ratio

I'm trying to find why implants fail and i'm seeing small mouth & big jaw looks retarded and bloated somehow.
What do you think ?
What must be the mouth / jaw ratio to look natural and beautiful ?
Why fillers in general doesn't look bad or unnatural but implants fail on the jaw ?

Mouth width should be same or slightly more than intercanthal distance. Jaw width should be 85-95% of bizygomatic width

Mouth to jaw ratio is so important because our vision perceives it easier than the mouth's size relative to the eye area.

yes fillers' instant results a lot better than implants in general. filler only fail in long run because it's get spread around to face and create bloated look.
