Has anybody tried the 3d printed mouth wideners? My mouth to nose is T4 I’m about to get on accutane and lower bf (currently 15~%) if that doesn’t work next step is the wideners and then surgery. My nose is also pretty asymetrical so it’s just brutal

Is it worth the milligrams of microplastics you consume from it?

I think it would be better just buy the wideners or do it yourself but that’s just me

Aslong as they work I’d be willing to, also for how long they work before returning to baseline

Idk I’ve never done them

I’m guessing if you get enough microtears, it’ll be essentially permanent. Kind of stretch marks for muscles

they do work but you must keep applying force daily for hours, you can also just use pdo threads to make your lips wider

ur htn imo, that's a cope take on microtears leading to permanence. the real issue is ur midface length and gonial angle. need to address those directly for actual improvement, not just wishful thinking.

How long to return to baseline? I’ll look into pdo threads
