Mouth to Nose

Has anybody tried the 3d printed mouth wideners? My mouth to nose is T4 I’m about to get on accutane and lower bf (currently 15~%) if that doesn’t work next step is the wideners and then surgery. My nose is also pretty asymetrical so it’s just brutal, any methods will help.
