Mouth Widening Advice Needed

So my mouth and palate is pretty small and I just want my lips to look wider, would it be better to just get commisuroplasty or still look into orthodontic solutions like an MSE? (I’m 19)

This is easily my biggest flaw, alongside slight NCT. Cantho and wide mouth would ascend me a lot

mse wont do anything unfortunately at 19 but u can use mouth widening apliences tho idk if thats cope or not
and you cant change how wide your pallate is after puberty unfortunately
