Mouth widening becoming permanent?

So using a mouth widening tool (like facialflex) or manually stretching mouth wide can temporarily widen mouth for like an hour or two. Will doing this long term everyday slowly start to make the changes permanent? Like doing it for 6+ months at least

Has anyone tried mouth widening long term here? How are the results and have you found any permanent width gain

No visible wrinkles at all, can make facial harmony better if lips are narrow in the first place which is why people do this? Obviously no one with normal lips would do this
