Mmm, i think any stretching exercise do work the same way for the muscles of the mouth, but ig it is not worth it since 5-6mm is little diff and you may get wrinkles by doing it too often

From what i've heard from one user who reached me out, by reaching me out with his transformation with Facial Flex, i've concluded to try it and give it a go cuz his transformation were incredible, maybe 1.5-2.5cm lips width increase and even getting fuller lips.
Basically, he told me he used facial flex device everyday for 30 minutes to 2 hours daily for 8 months, the results stayed without continuous usage after the timeline tho.
But for now that's all i have rn of knowledge, cuz surgery for it is not worth it since it leaves scars.
