didnt work well, i dont think the science is there and it gives extreme smile lines

the custom version wasn't very good, hard to get in and if I were to redo it. you would need to remodel to avoid giving yourself horrible smile lines

I bought the 3d printed model 2 years ago and tried it for a while

it will get you a bit more folds but actually you have them in the first place because your jaws are recessed.

my mouth is 50mm wide so on the lesser side of average and far from the 58mm+ "ideal" wide mouth

however the corner of my lips are collapsed to due recessed LF1 area so after bimax I should gain 5 mm counting both sides.

mouth widening isn't worth it if you don't have bimax done first or have already good forward growth.
