My grandmother is living proof that mouth breathing throughout your life does not impact how your craniofacial structure stands and it's all genetics and some environment (like chewing). She has been mouth breathing in the day and while sleeping despite me insisting her not to do it for nearly 55 years and she has the most insane ogee curve I have ever seen and a defined chin and jawline which although is now not too apparent due to loss of elastin. Despite this I will not mouth breath just in case.
