Mouthwash?

Any opinions on this? I brush twice a day but at night I floss and use listerine mouth wash. Does it have any negative effects?

is the mouthwash necessary for you? if your breath smells fine without it then no need for it

Brtusgh your teeth and floss. Mouthwash can irritate your gums

It prevents and stops gingivitis which I used to have

I have a water flosser and run the mouthwash in that, mixed with water. It's like gargling but you can reach the depths between the teeth. I like the pleasant taste and smell as well.

Yeah man it's like u running professional cleaning on that shit errday. And then the sonic toothbrush and your all set.
