Move and Walk the least possible. I walked for 2 hours today and feel Like Shit the whole day. Its a lie that Walking is healthy or increases iq

Same with all sports and exercises. Do least possible, your body will automatically move If it wants. Also: If ur walking outside u might get tortured and killed by other pedestrians or car drivers

Walking is less strenuous on the heart so its a better alternative to high intensity exercise.
 
noo don’t go outside!! stay at your desk and rot on this forum like me! trust me it works
